Being a travel consultant and mother of two to a beautiful, typical 5 yr. old daughter and handsome 6 yr. old son that has both Down Syndrome and Autism I felt the need to add this page to my site.
One of the biggest challenges of being a parent to a child with autism is that you need to have time away from work and school to enjoy being with your family, but sometimes because of the unpredictableness of autism it's difficult to know how or where one can go for a family vacation. So I have added some links, suggestions, and even first-hand experiences of best and worst places to take children with autism or any behavioral issues.
